Chef Saundra Ferrell-Bailey is a hospitality professional with fifteen years’ experience and eight certifications (including Culinary Arts, Restaurant Management, Catering, Mixology, and Gluten-Free baking) under her belt. After years of working for Corporate America and hospitality companies, she decided to turn an idea into a business.
In 2015, Chef Saundra founded Chocolát Palette to rival the status quo. A New Yorker with Southern roots, she delivers hand-crafted mail-order brownies as fresh as the finest homemade goods.

Her mission? To make stale cookie-cutter desserts a thing of the past.
